30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your collection, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return authorization is required before sending anything back — please contact us first.

The collection must be complete, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for full-value shipping insurance on the return shipment.

This guarantee applies to the complete product, including orders with personalization. The personalized nameplate is custom-made and the $49 personalization charge is non-refundable — if you return the collection, your refund will be the purchase price less $49. Please return the box with the personalized nameplate still attached; do not remove the plate before returning it. If we make an error in your personalization — such as incorrect wording, engraving style, or installation location — we will correct it at no charge.
