30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your collection, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. This guarantee applies to the complete product, including orders with personalization.

The collection must be complete, in original condition, with its original packaging.
You pay the return shipping and full-value insurance.
The refund is the purchase price.
The personalized nameplate is custom-made and the $49 personalization charge is non-refundable. If you return the collection, please return the box with the personalized nameplate still attached — do not remove the plate before returning it.

If your collection arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us promptly and we will make it right.
